Cancellation & Refund Policy – The Silence Within
At The Silence Within, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business while ensuring that spaces are available for those who wish to attend.
Public Sound Baths

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session – A full refund or the option to reschedule for a future session.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the session – No refund will be issued.

No-shows – Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for non-attendance.
Private Sound Bath Bookings

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session – A full refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations within 7 days but at least 48 hours before the session – A 50% refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session – No refund will be issued.

Venue Fees – Any venue hire costs paid by the client are non-refundable.
Cancellations by The Silence Within
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future session.
